Phil Powney

Director of Developments

I’m passionate about how good design and smart construction can enhance everyday life. With over 25 years in construction management and 950+ homes managed and completed, I understand how to turn good ideas into solid, functional homes that last.

I believe everyone deserves access to well-built, thoughtfully designed homes that work for real living. My goal? To raise the bar on modern housing by blending design efficiency with quality craftsmanship.

Stefan Powney

Director of Land

I’m driven by one simple goal: delivering high-quality homes that don’t just meet expectations, they beat them. My focus is on making homeownership easier and more affordable by challenging the usual industry standards.

 I have worked as a real estate agent and run a successful agency. I managed large-scale projects and, separately, sold over 350 homes. This hands-on experience gives me a deep understanding of what owners truly want and what really matters, insights that guide every decision I make today.
